About these terms

These terms apply when you use Climaxx Castings or submit an application. By using the site you agree to them. Climaxx Castings is operated by a company registered in England and Wales.

What we do

Climaxx Castings is a platform that connects talent with verified clients who book creative work. We are not your employer. Any work, rate, and arrangement is agreed directly between you and the client.

Who can apply

You must be 18 or over to apply. Everyone confirms their age and verifies their identity. We may decline or remove any application or account at our discretion, for example where details cannot be verified.

Your application

Please give accurate and honest information. You are responsible for the details and any photo you submit, and for having the right to share them.

Your choices and your pay

You choose which work to accept and which to decline. You can pause your profile or close your account at any time. You agree your rate directly with the client and you keep all of it. We take no commission from your pay.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully and respectfully. Do not misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to harm others. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

No guarantee of work

We help connect you with clients, but we cannot guarantee that you will be offered or booked for any particular work.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the platform running well, but we provide it as is and cannot accept responsibility for arrangements made between you and a client. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
